Stephen is an intelligent, charismatic young man. Deliberate is perhaps the best word to describe him.

His greatest talent is sensing desire. If a person does not know how to mask strong emotions, Stephen can find what this person wants and use it against him. He does his work by subconsciously bringing together people with similar sentiments, and convincing them one way or another that that they can achieve what they want if they resort to extreme means.

Stephen's "purpose" has been known to him since he was young, but it was only when he reached the age of 16 that he started bringing his plans into motion. In order to gain the privilege of traveling to different countries, he situated himself as a journalism apprentice and sometime-radio and TV commentator in the world's largest international news networks. His words are almost as persuasive as his musical skill.

Like Michael he has dark red hair, and can get passionate about his causes. But unlike Michael he only ever thinks in wide scale. It gets so that his friends, Leon and Charlie, often find themselves taking care of him, reminding him that he needs to sleep or eat. He never talks about his past, not even with his friends.

His specialty is percussion and he has excellent control over his powers. The restless Stephen thinks nothing of taking lives, but this is because he sees everyone as equals: innocent or guilty, they are the same to him.
