Sheila

Age: 11
Blood type: O
Zodiac: Scorpio
Element: Water
Favorite colors: pink, sky blue, yellow

Little Sheila knows nothing of the limits of her power. But she does know that it is dangerous for her to love normal people: her love is fatal in many ways.

All who have ever taken care of her have loved her, but just when she is becoming dependent on them, they must leave her. It takes a while for her to warm up to the Horsemen, but in the end she finds herself needing them more, if only because they are unaffected by her. She is fond especially of Charlie, whose singing "makes the crying stop" and helps her sleep.

Being so strange, and so beautiful, she easily captures the sympathy of anyone who sees her. Her element is water and she specializes in string instruments. She especially likes playing the piano.

SPOILER INFO (highlight to read):

The theory is that Death would have been the oldest of the Horsemen, but the previous Death had - ironically enough - committed suicide. Death was immediately sent back to Earth, which is why Sheila is much younger than all the others.

While the other Angels and Horsemen engage in distance duels, her final showdown with Simoun involves their playing two very different pieces on a single piano.

Song: Piano sonata no.8 in C minor, op.13 "Pathetique" by Ludwig van Beethoven, performed by Vladimir Ashkenazy
